John Biagas

John is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with a diverse portfolio of over 35 successful ventures. As the CEO and Founder of 4Ever Charge, he brings his extensive experience in business growth and development to the forefront of the electric vehicle charging industry.

His entrepreneurial journey includes founding one of the most successful minority-owned general construction contracting companies in the Mid-Atlantic region. John’s business acumen is exemplified by his achievement of quadrupling Bay Electric Co. in both size and revenue, showcasing his ability to drive substantial growth.

In addition to his role at 4Ever Charge, John serves on the board of Primis, where his expertise in risk assessment and real estate development proves invaluable. His leadership extends to the electrical contracting industry, having served as the National President of the Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) organization and co-founding the Hampton Roads, Virginia IEC Chapter. John’s business philosophy centers on customer-first principles and treating others with respect.

When not steering 4Ever Charge or mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, he enjoys quality time with family, relaxing by the pool, or perfecting his golf game.
